1. Delivery Options & Charges

All Jema Luxe products are Hand Poured and Hand Made so your items will be individually made and then posted. The time taken for your items to be made can vary between 1-7 days. Items in Stock already will be posted the next business day. Please send us a message if your order is required earlier than this. 

Australia Standard Delivery - $9.95 for the first Item and $4.95 for each additional item.
Up to 7 business days from dispatch.
Orders will be despatched by Australia Post and via Courier when necessary.

We offer Free postage in Australia for our Awaken Coffee Body Scrub.

Local Pickup is also available with prior notice. Pickup Locations is Ourimbah on the NSW Central Coast. 

Please note:
Timing of delivery is subject to payment authorisation and stock availability.
We do not dispatch or deliver at weekends or public holidays.

Jema Luxe do not take responsibility for the delivery times set by Australia Post. 

Please notify us if your package does not arrive within 14 days of postage.

RETURNS

We do not offer returns on any items that have been used or burnt prior to or if your item has been custom made to your specifications. 

Please read the description carefully before purchasing. Items need to be in the same condition unused and marked so that they can be resold and postage is at the cost of the person returning the item.
